    Open the hood in the vehicle and take away the unfavorable battery cable with all the adjustable wrench.

    Connect the seven-wire OBD0 distributor plug to the corresponding wires on the seven-wire OBD1 distributor plug. On the seven-wire system, the orange wire connects to the orange wire. The white wire connects to the white wire. The orange/blue wire connects for the orange/blue wire. The white/blue wire connects to white/blue wire. The blue/green wire connects to blue/green wire. Cover the connections with electrical tape.

    Connect the black/yellow wire on the OBD0 plug to the matching wire on the OBD1 short distributor plug and then connect the blue plug wire towards the blur plug wire Auto diagnostics. Wrap the wire connections with electrical tape.

    Replace the distributor cap and tighten it with the socket set.

    Replace the unfavorable battery cable together with the adjustable wrench.
